Bakasana is an arm level posture that helps strengthen the arms which are similar to the abdominal organs. The anatomical focus of this pose is on the wrist. Due to the frequent practice of Bakasana, the spine is elongated as a whole, which largely increases its flexibility.

  • Helps make your body more flexible.
  • This increases the endurance performance.
  • Practicing this posture every day will help you strengthen your forearms, wrists, and shoulders.
