Ananda Balasana Yoga Pose And Its Benefits

Ananda Balasana: “Ananda” means happy, joyful etc. and “Bala” means child. Ananda balasana is also known as the Happy Baby Pose or Dead Bug Pose because your body will be similar to the two when you try this pose.

The position of a happy baby pose looks more positive and is commonly known as a happier baby stand. It is known for its internal ability to calm the brain and body.

Benefits of Ananda Balasana

  1. Stretches the inside of the intestines, spine, hamstrings, and inner thighs.

Steps To Do Ananda Balasana

1.Lie on the back of the floor.

2.Take a deep breath and lift both legs and keep both knees close to your heart.

3.Hold your feet big toes. Make sure your arms are close to your knees while holding your toes. Slowly open the hips and extend your legs apart to develop stretches.

4.Press your hips into the center (chest) and place your head on the floor.

5.Now try to touch your tail and sacrum to the floor at the same time, stretching your heels and pulling your hands back.

6.Keep your back from your neck and your shoulders on the floor. All areas of your back and spine should be folded to the floor.

7.Breathe and hold the position for about 30 seconds or minutes, depending on your strength.

8. Breathe in and release your arms and legs. quickly on the ground for a few moments, then repeat two to three times.
