Steps To Do Garbhasana

  • Sit comfortably at Lotus Pose (Padmasana). Look ahead and straighten your spine.

  • Bend your legs and arms and breathe during this time.
  • Next, hold your left hand with your right hand and your left hand with the right earlope.
