Steps To Do Ustrasana
- Start the asana by kneeling on the mat with your hands on your hips.

- Inhale and pull your tailbone toward the pubic bone. You should feel the pull on your belly button.
- When you do this, you arch your back. Place your palms gently on your feet and straighten your arms.
- Keep your neck in a neutral position. It shouldn’t be tense.
- Maintain the position for about 30 to 60 seconds before releasing the pose.
