Vrikshasana Yoga & How To do Vrikshasana

The name ‘Vrikshasana’ comes from Sanskrit where ‘Vriksha’ means Tree and the meaning of Asana is a Seat, Pose or Posture. If this pose is done effectively, it looks like a tree. While standing, maintain the final position of this posture like a tree. The foot on which you rest resemble a trunk that is attached to the ground with your arms, and the other legs and head become branches and Clears out. So it’s called Tree pose.
