Ekapada Uttanasana asana provides sufficient movement of the abdominal muscles. This asana has to be done one leg at a time and then changed to the other leg.

Steps To Do Ekapada Uttanasana
- Lie on your back Keep your heels together.
- Lay your hands on the floor at your sides.
- Stretch one leg forward and release the other leg.
- Turns on slowly. Slow down the toned legs. Hold your breath Keep this position for six to eight seconds.
- Then slowly lower your legs without jerking and exhaling.
- Take a six to eight second break and practice this exercise with the other leg.
