Steps To Do Ekapada Uttanasana

  • Lie on your back Keep your heels together.
  • Lay your hands on the floor at your sides.
  • Stretch one leg forward and release the other leg.
  • Turns on slowly. Slow down the toned legs. Hold your breath Keep this position for six to eight seconds.
  • Then slowly lower your legs without jerking and exhaling.
  • Take a six to eight second break and practice this exercise with the other leg.
