How To Do The Pawanmuktasana

  • Lie on your back with your feet together and place your hands on the sides of your thighs.
  • Just relax in this position.
  • Inhale and rub your legs, inhale and bring both legs to your chest and squeeze your thighs around your stomach with your hands folded.
  • Inhale again, and as you exhale, lift your head and chest off the floor, touch your left knee with your chin.
  • Hold it there as you inhale and exhale deeply and for a long time.
  • Try to keep this pose as long as possible.
  • Inhale and raise your feet just above your knees as if you were exhaling. Bring your feet back to the floor and rest in a lying position.
  • Perform the same procedure with the other right leg.
