Dhyana Mudra Meaning
Dhyana Mudra is also known as Meditation Mudra and is often used by yogis to increase their Concentration. It affects both hands, with Triangular fingers. According to Buddhism, these three fingers represent the three jewels of this religious practice, namely Buddha, Sangam, or society in the Dharma or teachings. This is also called Yoga Mudra or Samadhi Mudra.
Steps To Do Dhyana Mudra
- This mudra in yoga should be performed while you are sitting in a comfortable position (in sukhasana) on a mat.
- Keep both hands near the feet and right hands over the left.
- The palms should be up and the fingers should be extended.
- Do 45 minutes a day and especially in the morning.
