  • Take a deep breath. As you exhale, try to draw in your arms and keep all eight fingers locked. Feel the outstretch along your shoulders and chest.
  • Inhale again and relax your arms while holding the key to the Ganesh Mudra.
  • Repeat this process six more times.
  • Switch your hands with the right palm facing out and the left palm and repeat this process.
  • Release all tension from your arms and bring them to your chest so that your hands move your sternum. Stay in this position as long as you want and focus on your breath.
